"Basha In The City"

The first official feature film production of PHLICKS CINEMA, "Basha In the City" is a comedy/drama narrative about a young Filipina who unwillingly migrates to New York City to grant her mother's deathbed wish for her to know her estranged, biological father. Basha transitions to a whole new world full of challenges and unknowns after losing her only pillar of support.

This film has a heart-warming story that centers around the importance of family, friendship, identity and acceptance.

This is a directorial debut for Becs Domingo, who is also the writer and producer of the film.  Target release of this film is in spring of 2021.
